Pricing and packages
How much does real estate photography cost in Winnipeg?

$225 for a full photo package. Professional MLS ready images, same day delivery, unlimited photos and unlimited angles, drone included. No cap on the number of images and no upsell per door.

How much does real estate video cost in Winnipeg?

$225 for a short film, which is a 45 second cinematic cut or three 15 second scroll stoppers. $325 for a long film, which is the full walkthrough with broadcast quality voiceover or you on camera, music chosen for the house, and drone included.

Do you offer package deals?

Yes, and most listings are one of the two. The Listing Launchpad is $395: unlimited photos, a short film, drone, and the property website. The Social Takeover is $595: the full cinematic film, a vertical cut for the feed, unlimited photos, drone, and the property website. About two thirds of everything booked here is the $595 package.

Do you charge extra for large homes?

No. Whether it is 900 square feet or 5,000, the price is the same. The work is similar either way. It is about capturing the story, not counting rooms.

Is there a travel fee for shoots outside Winnipeg?

The price of the shoot never changes, wherever it is. Anything within twenty minutes of the perimeter carries no travel charge, which covers most of the bedroom communities. Beyond that it is $100 an hour for the driving. The online calendar can only charge you for the shoot, so the drive is invoiced separately and you will have the number before the shoot rather than after it. We are out there constantly, so this is well trodden ground.

Why should I pay more when cheaper options exist?

You should not, if all you want is documentation. But documentation only sells the house. If you want the listing to also sell you, and to keep selling you after it closes, that costs more because it does more.

Booking and scheduling
How do I book a shoot?

Use the booking page on this site, or start with the contact form. Either way it lands with Sean directly.

How far in advance do I need to book?

24 to 48 hours is usually fine. Same day is sometimes possible depending on the schedule. The earlier you book, the more flexibility on timing.

What if I need to reschedule?

Life happens. Let us know as early as you can and we will find another time. No fees for reasonable reschedules.

Do you shoot on weekends?

No. Sean made a commitment to be fully present for his family at weekends. We hope this catches on.

What time of day is best for photos?

It depends on the home. South facing windows look best in the morning, north facing in the afternoon. Any home can be made to look good at any time of day.

The shoot
How long does a photo shoot take?

30 minutes. Larger or more complex properties might take 45. We work efficiently without rushing.

How long does video take?

45 minutes to an hour. Photos, video and a reel together is about 90 minutes on site.

Do I need to be there for the shoot?

Only if you want to be on camera. You do not need to babysit the process.

Should the homeowner be there?

Ideally not. It is easier to work without people in the space, and the homeowner's presence tends to slow things down. Pets should be secured or removed.

What should I do to prepare the home?

Declutter surfaces, hide personal items, make beds, open all blinds, turn on all lights, and move cars off the driveway. A clean home photographs like a more expensive home.

Do you move furniture?

Minor adjustments yes. Full staging no. If a chair is blocking a shot we will move it. If the living room needs rearranging, that is a staging conversation.

Quality and style
Do you use HDR?

Yes, but naturally. HDR blending creates balanced exposures without the fake oversaturated look. The goal is to make the home look real, just the best version of real.

Do you edit out clutter or imperfections?

Yes, and it is included. Stray cords, a reflection in a mirror, the mail on the kitchen counter. If a room needs digital decluttering to look right, it gets it and you never see a line item for it. Full virtual staging of an empty room is a different job and we will talk about it first.

Will my photos look like everyone else's?

No. We shoot for story, not just documentation. Every home has character and the job is to find it and show it.

What makes your videos different?

Three things. Broadcast quality voiceover, not AI and not text to speech. Custom music composed for the home when it needs it. And actual storytelling. Most real estate videos are slideshows with stock music.

Do you do drone or aerial shots?

Yes, and it is in every package at no extra charge. Drone photos and drone video both. The only thing that stops it is weather, and you will hear that in the driveway on the day rather than afterwards in an email.

Some of the films on your map look dated. Why show them?

Because they are real and because ten years of visible improvement is worth showing. Anything shot in 2024 or earlier carries a note before it plays saying the shooting and the editing have moved on a long way since. We would rather say that plainly than quietly hide the early work.

Services explained
What is included in the photo package?

Professional interior and exterior photos, same day editing, same day delivery. Unlimited images, and sky replacement, even through the windows.

What is included in the video package?

Full walkthrough, professional voiceover or you on camera, music, motion graphics as needed, drone, and MLS, social and YouTube ready versions. The Social Takeover also includes a vertical cut for Reels, TikTok and Shorts.

Do you do Reels and TikToks?

Yes. A vertical cut comes with the Social Takeover, and a short film on its own is $225. They are cut for Instagram Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts.

Do you do agent branding videos?

Yes. Beyond listing content we make brand videos that position you as the expert in your market. This is where the real return is, because it is content that sells you rather than the house.

What is the property website?

Every listing gets its own site at an address that never changes. Film, full gallery, a live neighbourhood map with verified walk and drive times, and a showing request form that emails you the second a buyer taps send. It also counts its own views, film plays, gallery opens and enquiries.

Do you do commercial or corporate video?

Yes. Same approach: long form video cut into shorts, designed to show up in search and in AI results.

Technical questions
What camera do you use?

It really does not matter. The specific gear matters far less than knowing how to use it.

Do you shoot in 4K?

Yes. Video is shot in 4K and delivered in whatever resolution works best for your platforms.

Can I use the photos for print marketing?

Yes. Images are delivered at high resolution suitable for print, web and social.

Who owns the photos and video?

We do. Once delivered, the content is yours to use for marketing that listing. No reselling, lending or reusing for another sale. You purchase a licence to use the content to market the property for a single sale, and to market yourself in the process.

Can I use listing content after the home sells?

For your own portfolio, yes. We retain the right to use the work in ours.

Working with us
How long have you been doing this?

Over ten years, more than 3,000 listings, and several realtor brands taken from a first sale to six figures. Click Splash Wow was the first company to offer real estate video in Winnipeg.

What areas do you serve?

Winnipeg and the communities around it. The archive map on the home page has real shoots in Selkirk, Steinbach, Oakbank, Niverville, Lockport, La Salle, Stonewall, Beausejour, Lorette, Elie, Carman, Portage la Prairie and more. We have never only worked inside the perimeter.

Do you work with new agents?

Absolutely. Some of the longest relationships here started with an agent on their first listing.

Do you work with teams or brokerages?

Yes. Individual agents, teams, and brokerage relationships.

What is the difference between you and other real estate photographers?

We are not photographers who do real estate. We are brand builders who use photography and video as tools. When we show up we bring ideas: scripting, positioning, strategy. The photos and the video are the output. The thinking is the value.

Is the video work outsourced?

Never. Every frame of every film is edited in house, which is also why same day delivery is possible at all.

Social media and marketing
Do you help with social media strategy?

Yes. Sean also runs a separate art business, and built the audience for it from nothing to tens of thousands of followers using the same approach we would use on your listings. Different subject, same method. When we advise on content, it is from having done it rather than from theory.

Can you just run my social media for me?

Yes. It is $995 for the listing and the week that follows, instead of $595 for the listing on its own. There is no setup fee, no monthly fee and no contract, because a monthly bill in a February with no listings is a bill you resent. The first time we connect your Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn, write your captions in your voice and build you a dashboard at your own address. That is a day of our work and we do not charge for it. After that every listing gets seven days of posting, comments caught the same day, a daily stats email you can forward straight to the homeowner, and two seller reports.

Can you create content for my personal brand, not just listings?

Yes. Agent brand content is often more valuable long term than listing content, because it keeps working after the listing closes.

Do you do voiceovers?

Yes. Broadcast quality voiceover is included with the video packages. Not AI, not text to speech, actual professional voice work.

Can you write the listing descriptions?

Yes, and it is quoted separately because it is writing rather than shooting. Award winning writer, if that matters to you. It is the one thing on this site that is not a fixed price, and you will hear the number before we start.

Other questions
What if I am not happy with the results?

Talk to us. We stand behind the work. If something is off, we fix it.

Do you have insurance?

Yes. $2 million commercial general liability and WCB in good standing. Certificates on request, and institutional clients usually want them, so we keep them ready.

Can I see examples of your work?

The Strategy page shows the live property pages, and the archive map on the home page has ten years of films, the recent ones first. We can also send specific examples relevant to your listing type.

What is the best way to get in touch?

The contact form and email reach one inbox, and Sean reads it himself. If you would rather talk, call or text (204) 230-1747. And if you would rather do it over a coffee, book one from the booking page. No agenda comes with it.

Book the shoot.
Everything else happens the same day.

The full package is $595. The short one is $395. Drone in both. Every frame of every film edited in house.
