Half the media companies in this city make you phone them to find out what a photo costs. Here is the whole list, in Canadian dollars, before GST. There are no per image charges, no per door charges, and no charge for a bigger house. Drone is in everything. The only thing that ever gets added is the drive, and only if you are more than twenty minutes past the perimeter.
Both include the property website. That is the page your seller forwards, and it is the part that keeps working after the listing closes.
Smaller listing. Same standard. Nothing skipped that matters.
The listing you want the whole street talking about.
Not another package. A different arrangement: the Social Takeover, and then the ten days after it run for you, so looking good never costs you a Sunday. The property website and its tracking are already included with every shoot above. What Autopilot buys is the week that follows.
The Social Takeover, and then the week after it, done for you.
$995 for the listing and the week that follows, instead of $595 for the listing on its own. The first time, connecting your accounts and building your dashboard is a day of our work and we do not charge for it. And there is no monthly anything, because a February with no listings should not come with a bill.
For when you already have what you need and only want the one piece. No property website on these, because the website is what makes the rest work and it belongs with a full shoot.
Everything a listing needs to go live, in your hands the same day.
The fastest way to move your personal brand.
The full walkthrough, the way the house deserves.
The price you read is the price you pay. If the kitchen counter is covered in mail, it comes off in the edit and you never hear about it.
You get the person holding the camera. Same one every time. He answers his own messages, and he already knows which of your listings we are talking about.
Ten years and roughly three thousand properties. We have seen this floorplan before, we know which window carries the light at four in the afternoon, and we will say so.
We book one shoot per slot and we do not stack them. First come, first served, straight off the calendar. Nobody can pay to jump ahead of you, and you cannot pay to jump ahead of anyone else.
Drone is in every package at no extra charge, and there is no version of this where it becomes a line item. Whether it actually goes up is down to the weather on the day. Wind and rain decide, not us, and you will hear it in the driveway rather than afterwards in an email.
The price of the shoot never changes, wherever it is. Anything within twenty minutes of the perimeter carries no travel charge at all, which covers most of the bedroom communities. Beyond that it is $100 an hour for the driving. The calendar can only charge you for the shoot, so the drive is invoiced separately, and you will have that number before the shoot rather than after it.
Buyers have started asking an assistant who the best agent in their area is, instead of scrolling a results page. Most agents do not appear in those answers, because nothing about their presence was built for a machine that reads rather than a person who scrolls.
Thirty minutes, live, on a screen share. It stands on its own.
Your own dashboard, your own automations, built around how you actually work.
The Overhaul is a build, not a package, so it starts with a conversation about what you already have. It suits teams and anyone with an assistant to make faster, and it is the only thing on this page with a monthly attached to it. That monthly keeps a live system running, and you can stop it.
The full package is $595. The short one is $395. Drone in both. Every frame of every film edited in house.
