Short version: we collect what you type into a form so we can answer you, and we count page views so we can tell our clients how their listings are doing. Nothing is sold to anyone.

The name, contact detail and message you enter in a form on this site, so that a human can reply. If you create a share link in the page builder, the name and cell number you give us, so Sean can follow up about that listing. Aggregate page analytics on this site and on the property pages we build: page views, film plays, gallery opens and enquiry counts. Those counts are what our clients’ reports are made of. We also use Google Analytics to understand how visitors move through this site, which pages work and which do not. It reports patterns, not names.
This site and the property pages we build carry our Meta pixel, which lets us show ads to people who have visited. We are not running ads today; the pixel is there so that if we ever do, they reach people who already know us. A client’s property page can also carry that client’s own pixel, and the audience it builds is theirs, not ours. You can opt out of interest based advertising through your Meta account settings or your browser.
We do not sell personal information, we do not run a mailing list you did not ask for, and we do not add anyone to an automated sequence from a contact form.
Photos and film we produce are licensed to you to market that property for a single sale and to market yourself in the process. We retain the right to use the work in our own portfolio, including on the archive map on this site. If you would rather a specific property was not on that map, email us and it comes off.
